CASTLEGAR MASTERS LEAGUE
This is a very social, fun and active 55+ league with approximately 65 curlers ranging in age from 50+ upwards to 90. Our league runs from mid-October to mid-March. The league consists of a mixture of conventional sliders playing alongside those using a delivery stick. Our skill levels include beginners right up to seasoned veterans. Entry is by individual and the season play is divided into four draws, each draw consisting of approximately 10 games.
Players will be placed by the league, on a balanced team based on your positional level, with teams changing each draw, making this a very social experience. We curl in the mornings from Monday through Thursday.
Beginners are very welcome and if you happen to be a snow bird, you can join one, two, three or four rounds. This is a very fun league and a great way to meet new friends while getting a little exercise.
